It is my life's work to be an authentic expression of my inner truth, and to assist others in being the same.  I am a Spiritual Life Coach and owner of Ignite Your Voice Coaching (www.igniteyourvoice.com) – I create a safe space for individuals to get in touch with and listen to the silent voice within them, to explore and release their fears, and in the process, let the joyous Truth of their being out so that the rest of the world can benefit from its unique power.  It is my belief that all we are here to do is to show up and be the fullest expression of ourselves that we can possibly be–each one of us has a set of unique gifts to share with the Universe.  By getting in touch with what we value, what truly makes us happy, we can have a tremendous impact on the world around us.  My goal is to affect spiritual change, one glorious person at a time.

An integral part of expressing my inner voice also involves igniting my outer voice in song.  I've performed with various regional musical theatre groups over the past 5 years, over the summer I was sitting in with Clyde Stubblefield (the original “Funky Drummer” for James Brown) as well as a Bluegrass band called “The Lonesome Rogues,” and now I'm workin' on my guitar skills and crafting some songs of my own. If you see a Honda Accord on the road with a bumper sticker labeled, “Caution: Driver Singing,” you know that you've spotted me….although, I really would be careful….I can get pretty carried away while singing at the top of my lungs to the likes of Patty Griffin, Shawn Colvin, Eva Cassidy, Aretha or whoever is inspiring me at the moment…:)

Of course, with all of that, I love nothing more than learning from everyone who crosses my path and adding fuel to this fire within me.  I love joy.  I guess you could say that I'm passionate about passion. :)  Whether it be through my coaching practice, through sharing my music and singing my heart out, through writing, laughing my butt off with kindred spirits, or shakin' what my mama gave me to an unstoppable groove, I love sharing love and joy with everyone around me.  There is just so much stuff to be joyful about!  Yippee!
